GroomSkull® Lifetime Warranty

A commercial guarantee. A clear framework.

At GroomSkull®, the lifetime guarantee is not just a slogan.
It is a conditional, clear, measured and accepted commitment .

This warranty is a commercial warranty , separate from mandatory legal warranties, and linked to the use of the GroomSkull® system.

1. GroomSkull® Lifetime Warranty Principle

The GroomSkull® Lifetime Guarantee covers the GroomSkull® razor as long as the following conditions are met:

  • The customer has an active GroomSkull® blade subscription ,
  • The subscription is linked to the customer account used when purchasing the razor .
  • the subscription is neither cancelled, nor suspended, nor in arrears.

👉 As long as the subscription remains active, the guarantee remains active .

2. Activating the warranty

Case 1 — Purchase of a package with a subscription

If you purchase a GroomSkull® pack with a blade subscription,
➡️ The Lifetime Warranty is activated immediately .

Case 2 — Razor already owned

If you already own a GroomSkull® razor and then activate a blade subscription on your account:
➡️ The Lifetime Warranty is activated retroactively for this razor.

3. Covered Products

The Lifetime Warranty covers:

  • the GroomSkull® razor (motor, electronics, structure),
  • the integrated battery , according to the conditions specified below.

Battery — health condition

The battery is included in the warranty, with one clear rule :

🔹 Battery with a health level below 50% → considered defective, covered under warranty.

🔹 Battery health greater than or equal to 50% → considered normal wear.

The evaluation is carried out by our team based on the available technical information.

4. What is not covered

The Lifetime Warranty does not cover:

  • consumables (razor heads, blades, foils),
  • accessories ,
  • normal wear and tear from use,
  • accidental damage (drops, impacts, oxidation, improper immersion),
  • any unauthorized modification, dismantling or repair,
  • use not in accordance with GroomSkull® recommendations.

5. How the support system works

In case of a problem covered by the Lifetime Warranty:

  1. You can contact our support team via my.groomskull.com ,
  2. We analyze the situation (photos/video if necessary),
  3. In most cases , we proceed with a standard exchange .
    without requesting the prior return of the razor .

If a return is necessary,
➡️ The address and details are communicated by email .

The replacement product can be new or refurbished, with identical or superior performance.

6. Suspension or termination of the warranty

The Lifetime Warranty is directly linked to the blade subscription .

She is :

  • Suspended in case of non-payment or temporary suspension of the subscription,
  • deactivated in case of permanent cancellation of the subscription.

➡️ If the subscription is reactivated, the guarantee can be reactivated according to the conditions in force.

7. Legal framework

The GroomSkull® Lifetime Warranty is a voluntary commercial warranty , separate from the legal warranties of conformity and hidden defects provided by law.

It neither limits nor replaces the consumer's legal rights.
