How does the Ritual work?

Choose your plan.
On the shaver or refill page, select the Ritual and delivery every 2 or 3 months, depending on available plans. The price updates with your choice.

Receive your next heads.
After your first order, only the refills included in your plan renew automatically. A shaver plan does not charge you for another shaver at each renewal.

Adjust your rhythm.
In your customer account, check the next billing date and change, pause or cancel your subscription before it is billed.
Support for your shaver.
The Ritual provides an extended commercial shaver warranty, including for a shaver you already own. The subscription must be active on the account used to buy the shaver, with original GroomSkull® blades and accessories.
Coverage is suspended during a pause or missed payment, and ends on cancellation. Shaving heads and other consumables are not covered. Your statutory rights remain unchanged.

Does the discount end after the first order?
No: refills use your plan’s price. The shaver price and its future refill price are separate; the amount and discount percentage may vary by product and interval. Check the prices shown for your selection and the checkout summary.
Can I buy without subscribing?
Yes. Select “One-time purchase” on the product page: no recurring blade deliveries and no subscription discount. Reorder whenever you choose.
What happens if I pause?
Pausing applies to upcoming billing dates according to the options in your account. The warranty extension tied to an active subscription is suspended during that period. See the warranty conditions for reactivation.
Where can I find my amounts and dates?
In your customer account and your order information. Any delivery charges and taxes depend on the destination and are shown at checkout.
