Is the shaver suitable for sensitive skin?
SkinFlow™ combines independently moving shaving heads that follow the hollows and curves of your scalp with protective foils that separate your skin from the blades. Guide the shaver with light movements, without pressing.
What is the difference between Pro 2, Pro 2+ and Pro 2 Elite?
Pro 2 includes the shaver, a five-blade SkinFlow™ head and a USB cable. Pro 2+ adds accessories for beard, body, nose, ears and scalp care, with three guide combs: 2, 3 and 5 mm. Pro 2 Elite also adds a six-blade Blade+ head, GroomBox™, GroomCloth™ and a mains adapter, in a premium presentation box. See the kit selection above for the full contents of each kit.
What will I pay with Le Rituel?
With the Ritual, the price shown today is for your kit. Your refills are then charged at the price and frequency you choose, shown before you add to basket. You can pause or cancel the Ritual at any time. With a one-off purchase, you pay only for your kit, with no automatic renewal.
What if I am not satisfied?
You have 90 days after receiving your shaver to request a return. Once approved, we send you a prepaid label. Hand over the parcel within 7 days of receiving the label. Eligible returns are free in every country we ship to. Read the return and refund conditions.
What is the difference between the 3-year and lifetime warranties?
The shaver has a 3-year warranty, including the battery, excluding blades and wear accessories. With the Ritual, the lifetime warranty applies while your subscription remains active and you use original GroomSkull® blades and accessories, subject to the warranty terms. The 90-day money-back period is the shaver trial.
How long does delivery take?

Can I buy refills without a subscription?
Yes. You can also order compatible SkinFlow™ heads as a one-off purchase whenever you need them. The Ritual is optional; you do not need a subscription to use your shaver. Self-sharpening maintains the cutting edge, but the head remains a part that wears with use.
